Program Management
Provide
consulting services to management and other customer
contracted support staff on various topics regarding
operational requirements and analysis, programmatic
changes, personnel requirements, cost analysis and the
development of budget forecasts.
Provide
assistance to management in development of roles and
responsibilities, communications and change management
plans for new business rules instituted by new systems
or programs.
Provide
experience to accurately report data, track and monitor
with an extended ability to produce immediate risk
analysis reports targeting deficiencies and areas of
risk or default.
Provide
the expertise required to develop detailed analysis and
status reporting for all phases of contract status and
deliverables.
