Air Force Depot Maintenance ~ Experience and current services support being provided to support all facets of Labor , Inventory and Financial Tracking Data Systems.  For example: Management, control and delivery of millions of dollars in aircraft parts and inventory / Conduct inventory research, analysis and management of material stored (file maintained) in the NAVAIR Industrial Management System (NIMMS) and several other AF Legacy data systems that retain the Maintenance Inventory Centers (MICs) key data system information / Perform Business Analysis, Scheduling and Planning, Design, AF Legacy System Process Modeling / Experience providing subject matter expertise to design, development, test and system implementation teams

IT Lean Initiatives to assist the User Communities ~ Provide services support to migrate from well-seasoned legacy data systems to move forward to COTS software and business data system solutions

Supply Chain Management System (AF/DLA Legacy Suites) / Depot Material Accounting Production Systems (DMAPS Suite) / Depot Maintenance System Integration Systems (DMSI Suite)
