About Us
BBH
provides highly technical and analytical personnel
who are proficient in the business areas of research,
analysis, training and mentoring that is required by
small business contractors to support the Department
of Defense.
BBH currently employs qualified personnel
to perform a variety of tasks assigned by individual
tasks orders. Examples of skill sets include, but
not limited to:
Program Manager ~ Extensive
experience in all aspects of Program Management, with
experience in a Logistics environment specifically
relating to Air Force Air Logistics Centers (ALC’s).
PM’s are highly skilled with all financial, material and
production systems and the processes used at all ALCs.
Currently have expertise and knowledge in Program
Management, Configuration Management, Avionics
Engineering, Flight Manual Management, and Senior
Engineering, developing Engineering Standards, Personnel
Management to support acquisition, modification and
sustainment activities.
Technical Production Engineer II ~ BBH
has extensive knowledge and expertise to conduct
research and analysis of
DMAPS, Stock Control and Distribution (SC&D) suite and Legacy
material and financial systems. Specifically in
relation to Depot Maintenance material systems;
Automated Bill of Material (ABOM), NAVAIR
Industrial Material Management System (NIMMS),
Defense Industrial Management System (DIFMS) and
the Exchangeable Production System (EPS/G402A).
Highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable in Air Force
supply management policy and procedures to include
wholesale, retail, base supply and depot maintenance
operations and the related material systems D035A,
D035K, D035J, D043A, D002A.
Knowledgeable in the production end item repair process,
the related systems and methods used to accomplish this
process.
Technical Production Engineer I ~
Expertise includes Production Technician skills, in
addition have extensive knowledge and expertise in the
Master planning and scheduling of Deport Repair Enhance
Program (DREP) and/or Aircraft Repair Enhancement
Program (AREP) operations. Highly skilled in the
ability to conduct research and analysis of Technical
Orders (TO’s), labor standards, usage factors,
bill of materials, work control documents (WCD’s),
repair operations, time studies and cyber deck
documents. Many years of experience in the systems
related to planning and scheduling functions,
specifically the Exchangeable Production System (EPS/G402A),
D043A, G004L, E046B, ITS/G337,
G005M, G019C, G402A, PDMSS,
DMAPS suite of systems particularly the Time and
Attendance (TAA) module.
Production Technician ~ Accomplished
in governing supply regulations, policies and procedures
and instructions. Knowledge of Depot Maintenance and
Deport Supply operations and processes and the related
SC&D and/or Production systems specifically D035A,
D035K, D035J, G402A and the
DMAPS suite of systems. Experience includes
ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and transporting
Depot Maintenance Activity Group (DMAG) material, parts
requiring special handling and HAZMAT.
Conduct inventory or stored material, including
hazardous material.
Proficient in utilizing the Enterprise
Environmental Safety and Occupational Health Management
Information System (EESOH) and conduct research of
catalog databases to locate most cost effective
substitutes and new product using Automated Bill of
Material (ABOM), NAVAIR Industrial Material
Management System (NIMMS) to order and track
common items for Air Force weapon systems.
